What Happens if a Student Doesn’t Pay?
AcademIQ helps schools automatically reflect payment status in real-time. When a student hasn’t paid their fees, the system applies clear rules to ensure consistency across the platform – see how it works below:
Suspended Status
Easily change student’s status to “Suspended” so it’s clearly reflected throughout the platform.
Attendance Blocked
During marking attendance, the student appears on the list with a “Student Suspended” label – attendance cannot be recorded for them and they are marked as absent.
Scores Disabled
No grades or academic scores can be recorded while the student is suspended.
