Student Scores/Grades Summaries

To access student results, navigate to a student’s profile (Students > Student’s Name). First, let’s check the student’s scores/grades summary. To do so, click the Scores/Grades tab on the student’s profile.

You’ll see cards with calculated summaries at the top:

  • Term score – Total term score calculated based on total scores of each subject/course, including their weight coefficients.
  • Average yearly score – Calculates a yearly score based on the current and previous terms’ total scores.
  • Student’s courses – Shows number of courses/subjects the student is enrolled to.

Current term will always be selected by default, but you can easily switch between terms or year overview using the button on the left side.

You can also see detailed calculations and summaries for each of the student’s subjects/courses. To find them, click Show Scores/Grades on the right side of a subject’s card. Right below the list of student’s scores/grades, you’ll see Show Totals on the left side. Click it to reveal calculated totals of each subject items and, on the far right, weighted average and total score for the subject.

❓ How are scores calculated? Weighted average is calculated based on subject items’ percentage weights. Total (final) score is calculated based on subject weight coefficient.

💡 The summaries shown on the cards at the end of a term or school year will appear on the student’s final report card.

Submitted Final Results

To view final results for each subject, as they will be on the report card, go to the Final Results tab.

When reports for a term or school year are available, click Review Reports to begin. You’ll see a list of all classes. At first, all reports may be unavailable. Cards resembling each class will have a grey background and there will be a red Term Results Missing warning.

It means that final results haven’t been submitted yet by all subject teachers. Reports can only be generated once all final results are in. Please wait until teachers complete this step.

Once the results are submitted, you’ll see that reflected on the class cards. You can then click on a class card to access the reports page.

There, you’ll be able to view the generated report for each student. You can either submit them individually or all at once using the Sign All and Submit button at the top.

After signing and submitting for all students in the class at once, you’ll get a confirmation pop-up. All you need to do is confirm and all the reports will be completed, automatically loaded with all students’ final results.

Repeat the same steps for each of the classes to complete the report submission process. When completed, you’ll see a confirmation on the reports card.

💡 As long as the report submission period is open, you can still make changes to the reports. However, after the report submission period closes, you won’t be able to make any changes to the reports.
