Welcome to your school management platform! As an administrator, you’re responsible for configuring your school, inviting your team, and getting everything in place for a smooth academic year.
This guide gives you an overview of the essential first steps, with links to detailed articles to help you complete each task at your own pace.

Logging in or Activating Your Account
If you received an invitation email:
- Click the activation link in the email to set your password and access your admin account.
- If your link has expired or you can’t find the email, reach out to your system administrator for a new one.
If you already have your login credentials:
- Go to the login page and sign in with your email/login and password.

Set Up Your School and Academic Year
Start by defining the structure of your school year.

Add Staff and Assign Roles
You’ll need to invite teachers, finance staff, and other team members – and give them the right access.
Set Up Fees and Payment Options
Before parents can start paying, you’ll need to set up at least one payment method, and then create and assign school fees.

You can now start adding students individually or in bulk.

Assign Classes, Courses and Teachers
Once students are added, assign them (and your teachers) to classes and courses.
You can now start adding students individually or in bulk.

Keep your school community connected with messages or announcements.
